Commercial HVAC Service Technician Rome/Calhoun/Ft. Oglethorpe

Job Description

LOCATION: We are currently looking for a Technician based in or near the Ft. Oglethorpe/Dalton area with field experience and HVAC-specific education.

Seeking Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! Our motivated, detail-oriented field technicians cover a multi-state geographic area, providing service, maintenance, repairs, and more to serve our customers HVAC needs in full.

Compensation commensurate with experience, benefits following probationary period, in addition to performance based bonuses.



  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests

  • Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel and pictures as necessary

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment

  • Travel to jobs within a two to three hour radius, occasionally stay out of town as well


  • Previous experience in HVAC field required and/or HVAC Training & Education

  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record

  • Familiarity with smart phones/tablets to provide photos, real-time diagnostic feedback, and update database on the job site

  • Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance requests and travel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
