Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and tea - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register and POS system - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients - Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed - Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales Skills:
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders - Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing payments accurately - Strong sales skills to promote additional products or menu items - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage recipes - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers Note:
