The General Manager will oversee the hiring, training, customer service, and sanitation of all Xtreme Air Mega Park employees.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team leader with a positive attitude and will play a critical role in contributing to our growing entertainment business.
The General Manager will lead all Xtreme Air Mega Park employees.
Essential Functions:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of all Xtreme Air Mega Park employees (On-Site 20-25 Employees) Lead and motivate team members Ensure that all safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Ensure that all equipment is in working order and maintain equipment maintenance standards at all times Ensure that all equipment is clean and free of trash at all times Assist with inventory control of all Xtreme Air Mega Park inventory including trash, equipment, supplies, food, etc.
Assist with training of new hires as needed.
Assist new hires with understanding of the business to ensure they are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure that staff members are following company policy and procedures.
Ensure that staff members are following company policy and procedures.
Ensure that staff members are following local, state, and federal regulations.
